The wry, louche feel of tracks like ‘Walk It Off’ and ‘Let It Fall’ verges on Confidence Man territory, but Certified Heavy Kats also has an open-hearted and slightly wistful feel about it which nods to what A Certain Ratio were doing in the late-80s and early-90s.
