Further showcasing the imprint’s dedication to shadowy sonics, FTL’s Full Metal Junglist EP summons muscular breaks, cavernous dub reverberations and a cinematic sense for bone-crushing tension. Still, ‘Recovery’ has a surprising amount of calm before its pummelling rhythm kicks in. Fully sold out of its first white label pressing in September 2020, the disc gets a much needed second pressing.
