Klakson celebrate 20 years in the techno business with another heady hit of envelope-pushing tracks from their esteemed roster. The second release in their anniversary series, 20in20b sees a breadth of warehouse sonics. Sepehr’s ‘N.W.O.’ unwinds as an acid-coloured rhythm, while Hadone’s ‘Futuristic Spell’ skitters well beyond the customary bpm. The flip side boasts Steffi & Stingray’s booming ‘Explanatory Power’, as the disc draws to a close with lo-fi electro menace from Watching Airplanes.
