West London’s P-rallel scans the full range of electronic hip hop, R&B and house on Soundboy. The beats are smooth and the flow from collaborators like even Louis Culture and Nayana even smoother. The one solo track, Signal, deserves special mention too: sample-heavy deep house at its best. The vinyl contains an extended instrumental version of the dubby, standout single ‘Soulboy’ with Greentea Peng.
