Featuring interviews with SEX employee, Roxy DJ and Big Audio Dynamite MC Don Letts, punk journalist and illustrator Jon Savage, legendary punk icon Jordan, Sex Pistols drummer Paul Cook, Marco Pirroni of Adam & The Ants and Siouxsie and the Banshees who originally compiled and produced the compilation on CD in 2003 and Manicured Noise’s Steven Walsh.

SEX: Too Fast To Live Too Young To Die features a scorching selection of outsider garage rock ’n’ roll and proto-punk gems by the likes of The Sonics, Clarence “Frogman” Henry and Screaming Jay Hawkins, which you’ll have heard passing through Malcolm McLaren and Vivienne Westwood’s notorious boutique SEX on King’s Road, London in the 1970s. Akin to the classic Nuggets and Pebbles compilations, the influence of the material featured cannot be understated.
