Yossi Amoyal’s Sushitech Records is one of the most reliable outposts for dub techno and pared-down house music. Celebrating 15 years in the game, Amoyal has put together a five part compilation with many of the label’s staple acts and some new names. Part one introduces GES (a sample-based alias of Jan Jelinek), Mathew Jonson and Brawther to the label, alongside a high-quality roller from Benjamin Brunn.
