This Batongo Ditongo edit of Callahan’s ‘America!’ is an exercise beyond genre, as Callahan’s country-twanged deliveries of faux-folksy naïveté regarding the land of opportunity are propelled by an inexplicably groove-laden, sample-tastic, stomping rhythm.
