If there was a kosmik disco in the stars Subway would be its house band, for their Soul Jazz debut is  a beautiful analogue brew to be savoured. Forged by a mouthwatering array of vintage synth gear from the houses of Roland, Moog and Korg, Micheal Kirkman and Alan James have crafted a cracking L.P. Listen for the circuits singing in praise to classic Kraut (Neu! Harmonia, Kraftwerk) cyber-filled Detroit and the silken Italo sounds of Baldelli, Moroder. Excellent.
