Past No Corner artist and one half of Giant Swan and SRS Robin Stewart re-emerges with another solo offering. Marsupial sees the musician return to soundsystem sonics and dancefloor sensibilities, albeit with his own twisted worldview. The swirling bass swells of ‘Pastel’ unwind alongside the echoing poetry of Daniela Dyson, as ‘Survival Guide’ and the shrill, menacing title track develops a uniquely off-kilter take on spacious and dubby techno.
