The production on this EP sees Simz’s production reach new heights of textural minimalism. ‘one life, might live’ is a modern boom bap belter, as playful with its hollering chorus as it is quietly funky, while ‘damn right’ sees amorphous guitar samples flow over a neat, clacking beat.
