This 12" contains a pair of sultry, nocturnal tech-house rollers from Logic1000. The hotly-anticipated A side has an almost spiritual quality to it, what with how the lovelorn R&B vocal soars above an unchanging low-end pulse. It is a tears-in-the-club anthem if ever there was one, a tune to file alongside tracks like Jamie and Romy xx’s ‘Loud Places’. On the flip, we see Logic1000 stripping out the vocals and replacing them with some wistfully keening synth pads, ramping up the intensity of the production ever so slightly to boot.
