After dropping the Light Surfing LP last year, Lowtec’s first release of the new decade is a strange EP for Blundar. Like his previous untitled four-tracker which came out on the label back in 2015, this is an erstwhile and glitchy set of micro-techno which frequently eschews danceable rhythms in order to explore more obtuse soundscapes. The way in which percussion sounds spill over and under one another here are reminiscent of some of the recent releases from The Trilogy Tapes.
