Austrian composer Christina Nemec aka Chra submits another entry for her audio adventures in abstract avant-garde electronics. Recorded in multiple European studio destinations — and a couple of cemeteries for added eeriness — Seamons draws the tantalising line between beauty and fear, form and noise. Her electronics suffocate audio space in the likes of ‘Colonia Marina Serenella’ and ‘Cast(o)ro’, as synth phrases are set rabid and loose on ‘Let Sharks Sleep’.
