Tracks from Decha’s 2019 LP Hielo Boca receive remixes from Tapan, Eva Geist, Khidja & Philipp Otterbach on this EP - and, on the digital edition, Hidden Otter too. The new versions here channel the spirit of Decha’s minimal vocal experiments into a set of sonically adventurous pieces. There is the same psychedelic pulse to the Tapan and Eva Geist entries as one finds in much of Andrew Weatherall’s best work. Meanwhile Otterbach creates a nocturnal sound collage reminiscent of Inga Copeland and there is some of Yves Tumor’s early records to Tocar Las Cosas Khidja's ‘Beneath The Forrest Floor’ remix of ‘Tocar Las Cosas’.
