Alex Jann is back with another vertiginous EP of warbling electro and acid excursions, this time constituting Dance Trax’s 27th release of blown out dancefloor ammunition, like Cromby and Ejeca before him. Dance Trax, Vol. 27 is yet another instalment in Jann’s ongoing adventures in shock inducing atonalism and grimy bass on the likes of ‘CMD CNTR’ and ‘Cybernetik Memory’, with the notable exception of ‘Klep Klap’, a spacey impasse of lowkey bliss.
