Belgium’s Stroom have proven themselves a major authority on the lowlands wave scene. They’ve unearthed another gem in Dutch artist Hessel Veldman - having appeared on one of Stroom’s split 7”s back in 2019, Eigen Boezem collects a number of cuts that Veldman has released since emerging in the early 1980s. Containing tunes made both under Veldman’s own name and via monikers Y Create and Forbidden Photographs, Eigen Boezem is yet another superb set of nocturnal outsider electronics which now bears the Stroom name.
