The Scottish trio tackle a selection of tracks from Oldham’s prodigious back-catalogue on the Hello Sorrow portion, their harmonies and alt-folk instrumentation raising his beloved originals to new heights. Oldham handles the accompanying Hello Joy section and delivers more of the wizened Kentucky folk stylings that have brought him such acclaim down the years.
