A set of leftfield digital dubs from the Polish experimental underground here. Sarmacja’s Jazda Polska runs with the torch of fellow post-dub innovators such as African Head Charge, Andrew Weatherall and seekersinternational. Some of Sarmacja’s takes are more melodic - ‘Olimpijczyk’ is such a rich production that it could have passed for a track from Lee Scratch Perry’s Rainford LP - while the propulsive low-end of a cut like ‘Doktor Słowo’ brings Kevin Martin to mind.
