Devil’s Juice finds Interstellar Funk and Valera teaming up to make some sultry, vibrant EBM. The A-side is the most menacing part of the record, with the mid-paced grooves of ‘Serge’ and ‘Devil’s Juice’ skulking like the gnarliest Boy Harsher instrumentals. Things hot up on the flip and the duo move slightly more into synthwave territory - though ‘Northsea’ does break the ice of the rest of Devil’s Juice with a comparatively upbeat synth lead.
