Originally slated for a Record Store Day 2020 release, Wire’s 10.20 gets a full-on canonical unveiling instead. This LP allows a precious peek into the inner-workings of the legendary post-punk outfit as they demonstrate what they do best, constantly unfolding old songs into increasingly unrecognisable shapes and the constant evolution of new songs far from the irreverent sound they practically invented, further cementing Wire’s place as a group that are notoriously hard to pin down.
