The Trilogy Tapes cement themselves as the most consistent imprint in all of left field techno with another disc of misty beats — and DJ Trystero’s High Speed Wind is a release steeped in deepest mystery, even by the label’s usual standards. A matte finish makes the likes of ‘ä,é ’ and ‘氒害’ feel more enigmatic than their unwieldy and obtuse titles suggest, but, like Actress at his most remote, underneath the palpable lo-fi grain lies a stellar groove, for the heads.
