We’ve previously heard from this artist when they’re making lo-fi, slightly uncanny house as TBZ, but as eerie as records like OG_BEERS could be they have nothing on The Sharpest Knife In The Draw. Going simply by Z here, the producer serves up a set of pulverising keyboard soundscapes and noisy concrete across two sides of tape. The A-side’s technoid drones is like a stretched-out version of the intro to Death Grips’ ‘Lost Boys’ - you know, before the beat kicks in and all hell breaks loose.
