In Rockstar’s 2018 hit video game Red Dead Redemption II, the fictionalised Wild West is as lovingly rendered as it is ruthlessly lawless; it seems only fitting that Rockstar’s go-to composer Woody Jackson would oversee soundtracking it. Taking sonic queues inspired by Western movies old and new, this original score expands on the scope of the first Red Dead Redemption, featuring guests spots by Colin Stetson, Arca and Senyawa.
