The title of 100 Dances is no idle boast from Mancunian legends Swing Ting - while this may be their debut LP, the duo of Samrai & Platt have hit triple-figures for parties thrown in the city. Their ability to blend dancehall and bashment with garage, grime, R ‘n’ B and all manner of other club styles is on display once again here, with the resulting tunes not dissimilar to those of Swing Ting’s peers Mixpak and Equiknoxx. Vocal spots from Fox, Shanique Marie, Gemma Dunleavy and many more add additional bounce to this party-popper of an album.
