TOKiMONSTA returns with her fourth studio LP Oasis Nocturno and her tenth release in ten years - not bad going for someone who spent 2016 battling a rare brain condition. Oasis Nocturno is possibly the most varied TOKiMONSTA release to date and contains some of her most vibrant, poppiest production. Tunes like ‘Fried For The Night’ and ‘One Day’ use hip-hop and trap as an anchor from which to create pop symphonies in miniature while ‘Renter’s Anthem’ (amen) sees TOKiMONSTA forging her own stormy version of Chicago house.
