The folks at Apron Records know a wavy, blissed out hit when they hear one, and they’ve doubtlessly found their perfect match in Oakland, California’s Space Ghost. Free 2 B marks the producer’s first release for Apron, and it’s fair to say that there’s newfound freedom involved. Landing somewhere between his two previous releases, this washed out and faded LP wears its twin inspirations — RnB and house music — on its sleeve.
