Muscles & Hate. Now that’s how you do an artist name. The music of Muscles & Hate’s Untitled EP more than lives up to the project’s stern moniker. This record’s core style is tough EBM that has a slightly retro feel to it - ‘Time For More’ and ‘Labyrinth’ are more D.A.F. than Phase Fatale. Things get increasingly dubbed-out as Untitled progresses, and by the time you’ve reached closer ‘SCS’ you’re in the same sort of Hunter S. Thompson-techno territory as some drops on The Trilogy Tapes.
