Alex Dickson aka Pugilist lands on the label after a number of runaway successes on Whities, Modern Hypnosis and Trusik and doubles down on the crepuscular with Horizon; the title track begins as a mere electronic crackle before unfolding into a resplendent dark techno number, reaching a slow and steady bubble with the snare-play of ‘Shimmer’ before filling the room with a smoggy mood across the epic ‘Untitled’.
