This the first release of New York's 'High Places', made up of Mary Pearson and Rob Barber. These two throw a mix of world music, werid pop, dance music and psychedelic sensibilities in to a cauldron, and out bubbles a hazy dreamlike wave of tribal drums and unearthly vocals. Highly recommended.
