Epic concept piece from the prince of Scando-disco, Lindstrom. Comprising three lengthy tracks that swell with crystalline, Klaus Schultz style electronics and his take on the cosmic disco sound of musically-progressive, 70's Europe. Tracks such as 'Where You Go I Go' pay homage to Pat Metheny's haunting disco-not-disco classic 'Are You Going With Me?' with cascading synths and colourful melody. The album continues with 'Grand Ideas', which takes its cue from Reich's gentle 'phasing' technique and gels it with some exotic, Moroder-style, disco exuberance and, finally, 'The Long Way Home' takes 'Where You Go I Go Too' to its summit with some celestial, electronic kitsche.
