On new album What's Tonight To Eternity, Patrick Flegel presents another spectral exploration of the 60s girl-group sound via the medium of his Cindy Lee character. These tracks once again find Cindy Lee setting free songs that could have been written for The Supremes, allowing them to drift off into the ether as they are fogged by tape hiss and reverb. As such, the smudged beauty of Atlas Sound and early John Maus is also to be found across What's Tonight To Eternity.
