Joakim Cosmo serves up peppy, somewhat off-kilter house and electro for Borft on the Elmoped uppfor Tinkarpsbacken EP. Cosmo hails from Norway and it’s easy to discern the influence of fellow Norwegians like Lindström in his sound. There’s also plenty of the classic Midwestern sound to shuffling delights like ‘Brugte Boner’, and we detect some Legowelt to the octave bass that runs through Pili Jo collaboration Gagarin. It’s good craic, old Elmoped uppfor Tinkarpsbacken .
