Following up her collaboration with Pontiac Streater for Huerco S.’s West Mineral Ltd., Ulla lands on Experienced Ltd with a beautifully frayed and minimal release. Tumbling Towards A Wall is a piece of suspended time, in which fractured moments unfold into the infinite across lovingly realised ambient soundscapes, occasionally coloured around the edges by brief touches of rhythmic shapes. Behind the washes lie an enduring melancholy sure to accompany any rainy day indoors.
