It feels fitting that the first Voam Records release which isn’t by Karenn should come from Peder Mannerfelt - the Swede has always been more than capable of crafting the sort of hard-edged techno that we also find in Blawan and Pariah’s collaborative project. This side of Mannerfelt’s sound is in full effect on Like We Never Existed, an EP that delivers a trio of relentless big-room tools before rounding out with the more tender and Braindance-indebted ‘A Queen’.
