Musician and producer Daniel Helmer joins forces with filmmaker Daniel Meuzard to forge deeply engrossing electronic music of the balearic persuasion following a round trip of South America. As Yogtze, the two Daniels drop into cavernous ambient gulfs (‘So Many Times’) before diving headfirst into great mounds of off-kilter beats (‘Proxima’, ‘Woodpecker’) and darker horizons of synth-laden interludes (‘Please Hold The Line’).
