Eagerly awaited album from Los Angeles' Health, whose self-titled debut is causing a bit of a fuss within the noise and experimental rock community. Already, this band have drawn comparisons to Yellow Swans and Wolf Eyes with their 'sandpaper scratch' riffs and harsh, unnerving, digitally-processed feedback. Imagine the Liars produced by This Heat and you're somewhere near to realising what's on offer here. An impressive debut from a band that we're in no doubt of hearing more of in 2008.
