Thomas Brinkmann's Max Ernst label has, over the years, been responsible for releasing some of the most forward thinking techno - releasing early productions from Luciano and Vladislav Delay. His reputation was forged via his unorthodox 'cut n' paste' approach to techno, which lead him to record for revered labels such as Plus 8 and Novamute. 'DNEOLSD' is the work of the rather 'anonymous' Nate Fisher (however the production credit is 'T.B.') and it's a majestically produced piece of techno.
