Toma Kami delivers the first single-artist release for the Oscillate Tracks imprint. The producer presents a trio of leftfield club tracks here, ones that stretch out pre-existing forms (soundsystem techno, two-step) into intriguing new shapes. It comes off like a more focussed and rugged version of the Metrist/upsammy style. Forest Drive West rounds out Oscillate Tracks 004 with a fourth-world drum-techno flip of the EP’s second track ‘This Side Up’.
