The not-so-distant early days of grime have since been overshadowed by the genre’s mainstream prominence, but immensely flexible and ultimately unpredictable UK producer Mosca aims to revive its halcyon fury through the skull-crushing Touchie Riddim. Bone-rattling bass and nervous-system popping electronics recapture a time long gone, demonstrating Mosca’s prowess as a producer as well as auditory time traveller.
