These are busy times for Waajeed - Detroit Love, Vol. 3 is the former Slum Village member’s third release in less than two months. Mind you, the high workload doesn’t seem to be affecting the quality of his output. Stepping up to the Detroit Love plate after contributions from Carl Craig and Stacey Pullen, he pays homage to the Motor City with a classy mix of house and techno. The vinyl edition of Detroit Love, Vol. 3 features eight full-length versions of tracks from the mix and includes exclusive jams from (among others) Roddy Rod, Damon Bell and Teflon Dons.
