Krystal Klear drops another EP of crisp, effervescent tech-house in the form of Cyclia One. These tracks update the spirit of 80s Italo-House for the Running Back generation. Cuts such as ‘Entre Nous’ and ‘Autobahn’ (the latter is not, as far as we can tell, a Kraftwerk cover) are overflowing with chunky synth sounds and basslines that hark back to golden-age Giorgio Moroder. It’s surely not a coincidence that Cyclia One has dropped just in time for the festive season - this one’s overflowing with good cheer.
