After spending the past few months bolstering his reputation with some fine releases under the name Serpente, Bruno Silva now returns to his Ondness moniker with new record Meio Que Sumiu. This is another set of idiosyncratic rhythm tracks from the Portuguese producer, ones that combine the kuduro and batida trends currently popular in his home country with a curious, quietly experimental sensibility that befits an artist who has previously released on labels like Where To Now? and Ecstatic. As it stands, Meio Que Sumiu is out via Souk Records.
