Having released on labels such as Don’t Be Afraid and Bodytonic under Tr One, the one born Eddie Reynolds now christens his new moniker Themisto Man with the Celestial EP. While he may have switched up his name, Reynolds doesn’t tweak his sound too much here - this is another set of propulsive, Detroit-indebted techno productions (though ‘Celeste’ perhaps leans closer to house). There are some particularly nice keyboard chords on ‘Vocation’ and ‘Awkward Conversation In The Steam Room’.
