A whole two hours of Donato Dozzy is given to us on 12H, but it could have been much more. This record condenses the sounds that Dozzy produced for Rome’s ‘Music Bridge’ installation into a continuous mix - a collection which, as you may have guessed from the album's title, ran to twelve hours in total. Even in its shortened format 12H remains an epic journey. Using swirling synth loops, ambient lilts and busier passages that push towards an abstracted version of the techno we know Dozzy best for, the producer has created a collection that is alive with the energy of the city that it was inspired by.
