ManmadeScience is producer Michel Baumann aka Jackmate, SoulPhiction, who has several releases under this name on labels like Perlon, Playhouse, Freude am Tanzen, etc. 15 tracks that take the structure and tropes of techno but have the feeling of a raw live session and move between techno, house and jazz, incorporating all sorts of effects and ideas into the mix such as rhythms based around footsteps down the hallway. Interesting and enjoyable stuff.
