Some absolute club monsters on this new compilation EP from Planet X. The first half of Invisible Limits II is dedicated to murderous techno from Q-Cumb (yet another of Bjarki’s monikers) and Lafontaine. The former provides ‘Dreamers 232342’, a warehouse tool that slams and stutters with great force across its near-seven-minute run-time (five-and-a-half on the vinyl), while Lafontaine’s ‘Alienated’ sounds like a Tresor joint on steroids. In the second half of Invisible Limits II we get some ultra-nasty machine-funk from ‘ThizOne’ and Matrixxman’s acid-techno wedge ‘Flexxin On Hoes’. Fans of Ellen Allien should turn their attention to this devilish set of DJ destroyers.
