Given that Donald Trump has been president of the United States of America for a few years now, it was only a matter of time before producers started to sample his voice. Enter Not Waving and his new track ‘Tremendous’, a cut which begins with a passage from a particularly glib Trump speech. Trump’s words are soon crowded out by the producer’s aggy take on Italo-Disco - it seems that this music has been angered by the presence of the U.S. commander in chief. Not Waving ups the ante still further on B-side ‘S.M’, an Optimo-style techno malfunction that features snippets of a crowd chanting down the Italian former deputy prime minister (the ‘S’ and ‘M’ are for ‘Salvini’ and ‘merda’ respectively).
