Limited EP as a taster for the forthcoming Urban Tribe album on Rephlex. For those who don't know, Urban Tribe was responsible for, in my opinion, one of the best Detroit records ever in the form of 'Covert Action' on the Retroactive label, he then went on to do an album on the Mo Wax label of downtempo bass heavy electronic hip hop that's well worth digging the crates for, it's called 'The Collapse of Modern Culture'.

Well the story twisted somewhat and most of you will know him better as DJ Drexciyan Stingray, spinner of incredible Electro sets at various raves across the planet.

The track titles of this EP, give away some of the feeling of this record - make no bones about it this is made in Detroit, titles like Biohazard 17284. Class Warfare, RNA World express something obliquely about Environmental and Social Concerns, virus and DNA structures, The music in return attacks with force and detail. This is a strong EP and a taste of what to come that makes me hungry!
