After kicking off with a debut drop from Lewski, Or:la’s Céad imprint continues to impress with a new EP from Warsaw’s Blu Terra. Marymont is a collection of punchy bassweight techno jams that feature some nice hard 90’s influences. Tracks like ‘Person Sans’ and ‘Western/Eastern’ bring to mind a more tense, rave-flecked version of the Bristolian style currently being exported by labels like Timedance and Livity Sound. Sandwiched between these we get the scuzzy, acidic ‘20,000’.
