Sunun continues to carve out a reputation as one of the UK’s best up-and-coming illbient artists with new EP Cold Light. Much like her Bokeh Versions debut Ooid, Cold Light is another set of unique dubwise ambient innovations from the Bristolian artist. Tracks like ‘Away’ have the ghost of Sunun’s hometown jungle and trip-hop influences to them, but by and large this is a record which drifts away into the ether in a manner reminiscent of Jay Glass Dubs and uon.
